French conglomerate-brand Brooklyn We Go Hard (BWGH) linked with Puma to deliver a fully rounded collection ranging from original BWGH apparel to hybrid Puma footwear silhouettes, entitled the "Joy" Project. Arriving at Kith NYC are three models of the newly formed silhouette offered in the aforementioned project, the XS-698 - "Madder Brown," "Dark Shadow," and "Dark Denim." The XS-698 features a redefined rendition of the R98 upper, as the rear overlay panel has been subtracted to allow an uninterrupted flow of the chenille formstripe. The upper rests atop a midsole unit supplemented from the XS-850, thus creating a unique silhouette for BWGH's distinctive project. Each colorway features a smooth nubuck two-tone upper, as well as chenille formstripes and mesh toebox. Each model also comes with a premium tonal leather liner and leather co-branded footbeds, in addition to a pair of tonal cotton laces and a pair of mottled laces.
