adidas Originals celebrates the 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall by releasing a trio of ZX8000's. A huge divider in the brand's home country of Germany, the fall of the Berlin Wall at last united East and West Germany as a single entity. Largely emotional, this three pack utilizes three distinct colorways inspired by the three checkpoints along the wall - Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie. Each checkpoint on the wall signified different areas, and each sneaker displays the colors accordingly. The "Alpha" model features a dark makeup, as the woven vamp combnines black and 3M as a strong detail, while black suede covers the remainder. The "Bravo" model is much brighter, representing the various chalk drawings amidst this checkpoint, and utilizes a simple mesh and suede combination. "Charlie" is a much more brick and mortar colorway, as white ballistic mesh is wrapped in premium tonal leathers. Each model features exquisite quality, as adidas had this pack manufactured in Germany's last standing sneaker factory as an ode to this momentous event.
