adidas Consortium releases a new rendition of the ZX420 silhouette, in what may be one of the most original collaborations to date. Peter O'Toole is an illustrator with a passion for adidas footwear, who partnered with avid adidas collector Quote to produce an almanac of various adidas models and their details. Once adidas was made aware, they reached out to the pair to shine light on this passion project. The result is a limited edition hard copy book titled "Quote's Archive," which is commemorated by this model - the adidas Consortium ZX420 - "Quotoole." "Quotoole" is the amalgamation of Quote and O'Toole, as they paired the execution of this vintage colorblocked model with the cover of their book. A lush blue suede wraps the upper, while a variety of color hits are seen including purple, red, and grey.
