Barcelona-based retailer LimitEditions may not be known widely in the United States, but overseas, and more specifically in Spain, the boutique has been a withstanding mainstay. In celebration of their 10th anniversary, LimitEditions has created a special project with French-footwear brand Le Coq Sportif. Using the Éclat silhouette as the basis of their work, LimitEditions creates a floral-inspired model dubbed - the "Rose EXD." The upper of this trainer is a rosy red suede, accented by brighter hues seen amidst the 3M heel panel and the Le Coq Sportif-logos on the quarter panels. The thick white midsole displays a speckle detail which flows nicely into the gum outsole. The heel wrap is a light tan suede and features an embroidered "Rose"-logo on the left, and an "EXD"-logo on the right. While the heel wrap is meant to signify a rose's thorns, the green leather heel tab represents the stem and leaves, thus tying this colorway together.
