For this upcoming season, Converse releases the Jack Purcell Jack Mid, which reimagines the classic model with a mid-cut design. The base remains the same, as a soft-milled full grain leather is used for the upper and a thick sole unit stretches to the toe rand. Familiar details include nickel-plated eyelets and rounded laces, but the mid-top appearance certainly shifts things from the norm. The Mid arrives in two variations - Brown leather adorned with a gum-bottom outsole and Black leather with a white vulcanized sole.
