To celebrate this impressive feat, New Balance's Flimby factory has whipped up two incredibly premium M577's in their OG makeups - Navy/White & Grey/Navy. Both models feature a sport mesh vamp with extremely rich nappy pigskin suede overlays. 3M hits reside on the forefoot panels, while textured plastic components are located on the upper quarter panels bearing ENCAP-insignia, harkening back to the M577's 1989 birth. High-grade leather is utilized for the N branding, as well as the heel tab with "New Balance" embroidery. An additional design element is the yellowed ENCAP midsole unit, which shows the age and legacy of this storied silhouette. White leather lining is the finishing touch to this classic trainer.
